Saying false advertisement is an understatement. The costume looks nothing like the one on the picture. The only similarity is that it is pink and it does come with a wig. Apart from that, the dress, the cut, the material, the finish of the fabric, the so called belt (that is cut-out fabric instead of pretend rocks), the skirt, everything is so different from the picture they use to advertise it that I feel like I've been ripped off. This was supposed to be a nice looking costume, not something I could have done myself (and I have no sewing skills, so you'll imagine how bad this is).I'm pondering if it is even worth it to return it because I needed it for an activity this weekend and might not be able to get something else on time. I was so excited about this and now I am too disappointed to even want to go to this thing.I'm not buying from Rubie's Costumes Co again, there was no need for them to use a picture of a better costume if that is not what they are selling. It is a waste of my money and a waste of my time, both of which I could have spent getting something else that really corresponded to what I was being told I was getting.I guess I should add that even the picture on the package I received is different from the one shown. I really thought I was dealing with a serious company.Update August 10, 2013:I wanted to add a few more details to the review:-The 'Jabot' is not scarf-looking or satin-looking like the one in the picture, it's a strap of stretchy and transparent-like fabric.-The wig is not as depicted: it is bright pink instead of orange, so it doesn't correspond to a Pebble's costume.Although it fit rather small it is quite stretchy and comfortable. I only gave it 3 stars because the belt is attached and not the same as the picture.Wig really cheapCute costume for Halloween but the belt I got in the mail was different from the one in the picture. Not a huge deal my false advertisement.Costume was exactly as expected with one exception. In the picture, the wig is red. It is actually the same shade as the light pink on the dress.It fit and was fantastic for me.I ordered two different Pebbles the other was hard thick felt like material. This was stretchy & comfy. The wig is pink- not orange as shown but super cute!!Very flimsy and cheap. The wig is a horrible pink color even the in the picture it shows her hair as red. The belt is not a belt it is a flat piece of cheap material.
